Are you a chronic worrier? I've got some tips for you.
Admittedly, the title of this podcast is a bit deceiving. This here is not a worry wart fix. None of what I will share with you will ever fix anything for you, unless of course it does. Fixing you is not my intention. I just liked the dramatic title =)
My point is, I am not in this to help fix you because I think that you are perfectly designed. What I am offering here are tools to help you deal with your worry. Some of us find ourselves consumed with feelings of overwhelm and it can be difficult to understand what is happening in our own minds. We are reactive to the thoughts that are going on in our heads without having an awareness of where and why they originate in the first place.
In this episode, I'll walk you through understanding your worry at a deeper level. I'll discuss what's behind your worry and why it can have such a grip over you and I'll walk you through some simple exercises that you can do to deal with worry.
